Whether you’re dealing with burnout, seeking personal renewal, or striving for meaningful change SPARK provides an ideal environment to reset and rediscover your potential.

With the first cohort taking place in March, it is an active yet gentle invitation to reignite your SPARK.

SPARK is a holistic guidance container designed to empower a personal journey of re-alignment through daily classes, nurturing yoga practices, and supportive community engagement, all while emphasizing a mindful and balanced approach.

While the program offers different tools to support your journey, we invite you to rediscover the joy of simplicity.

Vermont Hub

Set in the sun-kissed alpine village of Leysin, SPARK is held at Vermont Hub’s multidisciplinary campus designed to connect, engage, innovate & replenish. Under the stewardship of a larger vision as one of Paledora properties, Vermont Hub blends heritage with novelty. Accessible by train from Geneva Airport in 2 hours, our hub sits at the foothills of Tours d’Aï and faces Rhone Valley and Dents du Midi range.

LUCYNA

A teacher turned passionate creative and strength coach, Lucyna has spent over a decade in personal training. Along the way, she discovered her true calling and potential—helping people harness the power of movement, art, and time in nature to enhance both mental and physical well-being.

Through her project, Strong Creative, she empowers individuals to feel their best—mentally, creatively, and physically. In Leysin, you’ll find her leading community classes and guiding adolescents at Leysin American School toward a healthier, more creative lifestyle

Every week, Lucyna will equip SPARK participants with different tools for a life that is both strong & creative.

RESET

Reset and Relax - a 90 min guided workshop to help you reflect on the past three months and help you find actionable steps for the future. We will start with slow drawing techniques to put you in the right headspace for this reflective practice.

Nature as Your Guide - You will receive a map, and a small journal to accompany you on your hike. On the way you will search and find small totems to guide your mindfulness practice. 

RESTORE

Primal Movement - In this 60min workshop you will explore different ways to move your body. The practice will use different mobility techniques, Animal Flow and gimnastica natural to help you start the day with some flow!

Return to Basics - Learn about the fundamental movement patterns and understand how to create and implement a movement plan to help you feel strong and flowy in life and in your projects.

RISE

Power in Journaling - Putting your thoughts on paper allows you to look at them from a different perspective. It can provide some space and room to breathe when thoughts get overwhelming or negative. Come to this workshop to learn how to use journaling and writing to understand yourself, re-write your inner critic, and build confidence. 

IGNITE YOUR SPARK

Vision board and Reflection - A workshop that starts with a reflective practice in the form of letting go of expectations and letting your intuition speak. Using vision boards as a way to illustrate your inner wants and needs you will then be guided in a reflective practice to help you start living the life you want. 

Power of Play - Let yourself be immersed in creative play. No expectations and the freedom to express and ignite your creative side. See how one activity can lead to new beginnings in another! 

JOSEFINA GARCIA

Josefina's passion is food and flavor. As a chef specializing in conscious ancestral cuisine, she has shared her culinary talents with people around the world. Her true element is being in community, where her love for cooking extends beyond delicious recipes to sharing her wisdom and nurturing those around her.

In March Josefina is our Spring Chef Resident. She will prepare a dinner each week to highlight the elements and she will host workshops every Wednesday to enhance the healthy cooking knowledge of the participants. Apart from that, she’s the person to go to whenever anyone needs a creative idea for cooking or how to reuse ingredients in the most fabulous way!

GRAINS & SEEDS

Grains and seeds are essential for a balanced diet, but how we prepare them directly affects their digestibility and how our body absorbs their nutrients. We will learn about techniques such as soaking, sprouting, and fermenting, which not only improve their nutritional value but also make them easier to digest.

We will discover together how small changes in the way we handle these ingredients can make a big difference in our daily diet.

STEAMING

Fermentation is one of the oldest and most fascinating ways to transform food. It not only enhances flavors but also improves digestion and strengthens our gut microbiome. Through natural processes, we create living ingredients, rich in probiotics and with an elevated nutritional profile.

We will learn how to make basic ferments such as sauerkraut, pickles, and probiotic drinks.

FERMENTATION

One of the main focuses of this workshop will be steam cooking, an ancient technique that preserves the nutrients and natural flavors of the ingredients. By steaming, food maintains a greater amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, unlike methods such as frying or prolonged cooking, which can reduce its nutritional value. In addition, this form of cooking is ideal for respecting the texture and freshness of the products.

CREATIVE CUISINE

The kitchen is a space for exploration and creativity, where ingredients are transformed into sensory experiences. In this chapter, we will dive into the fascinating world of spices, learning how to combine them to enhance flavors and balance our dishes.

We will explore the harmony between textures, temperatures and aromas. In addition, we will create seasoning blends inspired by the doshas, using principles of Ayurvedic nutrition.

ANI ANCA

Ani is a Micro-Cosmos Designer and a visionary community builder with a rich background in creating spaces and projects around the world. She often gets asked about her role—and she loves the question. "What is your micro-cosmos?" she asks in return.

From the way we live, eat, relate, and work—every detail shapes our personal ecosystems. The small choices we make ripple into the larger world.

Ani founded Vermont Hub as a grounding space for renewal, transformation, and connection. As the space host for SPARK, she will cultivate an atmosphere of restoration, and sprinkle breathwork and light therapies to complement each themed week.

Touch of Light therapy - CHF 70 (Ani Anca)

Alter your brain frequency in a few minutes through a flickering device called Pandora Star designed to simulate the brain’s natural production of neurochemicals for different benefits: well-being, improved creativity, cognitive enhancement etc. (45-60 mins - includes breathwork)

Massage Therapy

Take advantage of the sauna and hammam on site and add a nourishing treat to your body. To be booked at Vermont Hub with local practitioners.

Motivational and Grounding Session - 80 CHF (Lucyna)

Feeling stuck or frustrated with your situation or project you are working on? In this session we will start to pinpoint your objectives, and discuss the barriers to success while thinking of potential solutions. 

Strong Body, Strong Mind Coaching - CHF 80 (Lucyna)

After a movement and mobility assessement we will discuss the next steps for you to take to improve your physical wellbeing and look at how being more active can improve your mental state.
