SPARK

A Playground for Life's Basics

03 -30 Jan 2025

Reigniting Life Post Burnout

Designed as a month-long residency in the Swiss Alps, SPARK highlights the possibilities of living well, restoring one’s health and re-sparking vitality once again.

With the first cohort taking place in January, SPARK is an active yet gentle invitation to get one’s spark back.

WHY?

So that semi-nomadic, impact-driven entrepreneurs who are on the brink of burning out (or who have already been burnt out), can SPARK new opportunities for better health and better wealth. This way, SPARK can inspire up to 25 participants to:

  • Move through the world with a lighter step

  • Strengthen one’s relationship with nature

  • Have more mind-body awareness through creative practices

  • Learn more about healthy cooking and eating

  • Reassess and affirm personal life priorities

  • Focus on integrating learnings into everyday life

THE CONTAINER

How can we get our SPARK back?

SPARK is a holistic guidance container designed to empower a personal journey of re-alignment through daily classes, nurturing yoga practices, and supportive community engagement, all while emphasizing a mindful and balanced approach.

While the program offers different tools to support your journey, we invite you to rediscover the joy of simplicity.

Think of SPARK as a delightful playground for life's basics: good food, cozy shelter, and wonderful companionship. When you're content with these three simple treasures, you'll dance through the world with a light step, eager to give back.

Everything else is as an invitation, not an obligation.

Individual Sessions

Individual Sessions *

  • 40-minute sessions (Monday to Friday) that blend meditation, breathing, and gentle stretching, creating a warm and welcoming space to reconnect with yourself.

Once a week we invite more energy with a 1.5 hrs dynamic yoga flow

  • Leysin, a renowned healing destination, has a rich history rooted in natural wellness practices that perfectly aligns with the principles of naturopathy. Since the late 19th century, Leysin has attracted those seeking refuge and rejuvenation in its breathtaking alpine landscape.

Naturopathy emphasizes holistic approaches to health, focusing on natural healing methods that address the root causes of health issues.

Once a week we meet for 1.5 hr session to learn the basics of better living using the gifts we already have at hand: the fresh mountain air, natural springs, and serene environment coupled with good food and lots of sunlight.

  • Interspersed with the creative sprints, these periods allow participants to rest and recharge. Activities might include mindfulness exercises, nature walks, and relaxation techniques to ensure mental and physical well-being. Alternatively, this is the space for you to work on your own projects.

  • SLOW, at the heart of our emotional balance and nervous regulation.

In a utopian world, slowness would be at the heart of our lifestyle: Slow food, slow fashion, slow moments... Synonymous with respecting the time things need to be done, with positive outcomes, and accepting them as they come.

We will take time to cook and eat together, take long walks and really see what we are looking at.

  • Opening and Closing Circles

Group sessions on January 3rd and 29th to set intentions, bring gratitude and create a group energy.

We will also have a group sharing session every Sunday afternoon.

Focus on better health💡

We include access to Leysin Sports Center where you can enjoy many practices like Body Balance, TRX, and Spinning, and facilities like tennis & squash courts, an ice-skating rink, a pool, climbing walls, curling, and more. We encourage group or individual practices by remembering a famous and ancestral saying: “Mens sana in corpore sano” (A healthy mind in a healthy body). Additionally, there are many different activities for all ages, levels and preferences.
